Development of human resource strategy planning related to foreign stuff, guiding the company's foreign human resources team to promote the company;
Development and formulation of foreign teachers recruitment plan, selection and expansion of foreign teachers recruitment channels, interviewing foreign personnel, taking responsibility for the effect of tracking;
Managing and training foreign teachers recruitment team.
Modifying and upgrading contracts of foreign teachers according to the company’s needs.
Implementation of monthly evaluation and remuneration system of foreign employees and foreign teachers recruitment team;
Development of the training system and supervision of its implementation.
Being in charge of visa application, accommodation arrangement and reception of foreign employees upon their arrival to China.
Responsible for daily foreign employees relationship management, team building, corporate culture construction;
Dealing with foreign teachers’ issues; solving problems among departments;
10.Dealing with other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in English language or HR;
Experience in HR strategy planning, recruitment of foreign stuff and performance appraisal; knowledge of Chinese labor law and the procedures of Z-visa application
Proficient in both spoken and written English, standard pronunciation;
Familiar with recruitment channels, has extensive experience in teacher interviews;
Broad experience within management field
6.More than two years of teacher’s recruitment and management experience, familiar with foreign teachers work visa; deep understanding of Chinese and Western cultures, a year of working abroad experience;
